At our first meeting, you will get a contact name and telephone number on which you can contact us any time during your stay or when you return home.

One of the manager will personally welcome you during your stay. He or she will hand over a business cards in order to have direct contact with us. The owners and managers are always available for our clients and team members for any questions at the clinic.

When you visit us for the first time, our assistant will ask you to fill in a data format. It is important for us to know any of your allergies, sickness and medications that you might have.

Your status assessment will start. We will make first a digital panoramic X-ray than you will sit down in a dental chair. You will have a discussion with our dentist. See Do you fear dental treatment?

By using an oral camera and a dental mirror your dentist will look round your lips, teeth, tongue, gums, tooth fillings and treatment you have already had. Our dentist will explain what he or she can see and will take some notes.

You will discuss the alternative treatment plans and their comparisons. You can ask for treatment alternatives in writing, especially if you like to make your final decision later.

When you make your final decision about the treatment, your dentist will verbally explain your treatment plan and quotation and provide you both in writing in two copies. You should sign the final treatment plan and quotation in order to approve them. You will get an original copy, the other copy will stay with us.

You should sign Declaration of consent in the cases of root-canal treatment, surgery, anaesthesia, teeth whitening.

Your dental treatment can start. See Treatments

You will get a final treatment report when your treatment is completed. You and your dentist should sign the guarantee statement in two copies. In this document, you can find the treatment you received, material built in and the guarantee conditions. You will get an original copy, the other copy will stay with us. You will get the closing invoice and make the final payment.

Do you fear dental treatment?

We are experienced in dealing with patients’ anxieties and we are not surprised at any of your worries. We understand that everyone is different and will have different anxieties before their visit.

Our approach to overcome patients’ anxieties is as follows:

Our basic principle is to communicate clearly and honestly and answer all your questions. Open and honest talk between you and us in itself can reduce stress. Tell us about your fears if you have any.
We do our best to explain everything that will happen and so that you are not faced with any surprises.
We will tell you the solutions and ease you whatever dental problems you have. We do not frighten people even if the status of teeth is bad.
We will introduce and demonstrate the status of your oral health and compare the alternatives of treatments. You will have the necessary information to select what alternative the most suits you. We will not rush or force you to accept any treatments you do not fill comfortable with.
General anaesthesia (sedation dentistry): There is an increasing demand for dental treatments under general anaesthesia. You are relaxing or sleeping through your dental treatment, and you do not feel any pain or physical distress. We have everyday practise in it. You can choose general anaesthesia at all treatments.
You can enjoy your favourite movie or music during your treatment in the dental chair. On each dental chair, there is a large LCD monitor and a headset and DVD and CD player. Bring with you your favourite movie or music DVD or CD!
Relaxing holiday in Budapest. You can relax and get rid off the stress and fears. We can take care of your relaxation and programs. You can go to a nice SPA, get a relaxing body massage or go to a music concert or to the famous Budapest Opera, and so on depending on your preferences.
