3 Star hotel costs approx. 40 EUR / 35 GBP / 62 CHF. 4 Star 60 EUR / 52 GBP / 92 CHF per night.

A return air flight ticket costs from around 100 EUR / 87 GBP / 154 CHF to 300 EUR / 348 GBP / 616 CHF.

Eating in good restaurants costs 10-30 EUR / 9-26 GBP / 15 - 46 CHF per day per person.

Promotional packages

If your treatment costs more than 5000 EUR or 4500 GBP we provide you free accommodation for 3 nights in a double room (for you and your partner) in the 4 star Danubius Hotel Budapest

Above 8000 EUR or 7200 GBP we provide you free accommodation for 5 nights in a double room (for you and your partner) in the 4 star Danubius Hotel Budapest

From 10 implants or 10000 EUR (9000 GBP) we provide you free accommodation for 6 nights or 2x3 nights in a double room (for you and your partner) in the 4 star Danubius Hotel Budapest and a return air tickets up to 230 EUR/200GBP.

Conditions of the promotions

The 5000, 8000 or 10.000 EUR refer to the actual accumulated payment (expenditure), which means, when you reach 5000 EUR, 8000 EUR or 10000 EUR expenditure, you will be entitled for that promotion package.

You can have only one promotion, i.e. promotions do not add up. For instance, if your treatment expenditure is 9000 EUR, than you will be entitled "only" for the 8000 EUR promotion package and on top of that you will not be entitled for the 5000 EUR promotion package.

Either we refund you the promotional value in cash or we reduce your payment with the promotional value. Until you received the promotional expenditure you should pay the flight ticket or accommodation what we will recover you when you reach the promotional expenditure.

The hotel booking should be carried through by us at Danubius Hotel Budapest.

At the 10 implants promotion, when we insert the implants (generally during on the 1st or 2nd trip) you are entitled in a double room (for you and your partner) for 3 nights in the 4 starts Danubius Hotel Budapest. When we place the final crowns (final trip to complete the treatment) you are entitled in a double room (for you and your partner) for 3 nights in 4 starts Danubius Hotel Budapest and a return air ticket up to 230 EUR/200GBP

When you have exercised a promotion, your new expenditure calculated from the beginning (from zero) and you will be entitled for a new promotion when you reached again a promotional expenditure.

The promotion is valid until withdrawal. If we have contacted to each other by e-mail during the promotional period, you are entitled for the promotion for 12 months after the date of our 1st e-mail.

Payment terms

The payment is on pro-rata basis the treatment done and begun. That generally means around 60% of the quoted amount should be paid at the end of the 1st day of your treatment and the rest when completed.

If the entire treatment takes longer than 14 days (e.g. implantation, etc.), we split the entire treatment into separate phases and payment should be made by phases. That means only the completed phase should be paid.

For any payments, the clinic will issue an invoice.

The payment for any treatment can be made either in cash or by credit/debit card.

We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron. The credit/debit card would be charged either in in HUF or EUR.

ATTENTION: Before you would pay with credit/debit card, please, check its limit, and, if necessary, increase the limit in time in order to would able to pay at the clinic.

If you pay by cash we can give 2% discount.

We accept cash in EUR, GBP or HUF.

Currency exchange, payment and any collection costs that might arise are the liability of the patient.

Exchange rate

Our prices are fixed in EUR.

Currencies other than EUR are subject to everyday currency exchange rate fluctuation. We apply currency exchange rates published by Budapest Bank (GE Money)

In the case of cash payment other than EUR, we apply currency exchange rates published at Budapest Bank (GE Money) Formula to calculate prices in other currencies than EUR: Treatment price in EUR times EUR selling rate in HUF divided by buying rate of the currency in HUFat Budapest Bank.
