Hygiene standards

Hygiene is very important to us and generally not discussed enough.

Every item, material and equipment we will place in your mouth will be either disposable (i.e. we throw them away after a single use) or will be sterilised / autoclaved. We sterilise all of our non-disposable equipment after every patient. We have a central steriliser at the Clinic. During surgery, the staff wears gloves, masks, cap and eye protection to protect both you and them. We adhere strictly the EU Standards and Guidelines, on this area we will never compromise.

Information safety

It is our strict rule, that we do not give any information about our patients to any third party. Our system is safe from external intrusion and access. We always use the most up to date methods and systems to guard our systems and premises in terms of physical and virtual intrusion and access (e.g. security alarm system, cameras, hardware and software fire wall, virus filters, own servers situated in vault, authentication, access hierarchy, event logs, etc.).

Our patients have the right to know what information we keep on her or him. Any patients at any time can instruct us to delete all record kept on them. See Information safety
